I’m Eva Sandor, an illustrator and advertising copywriter who penned a comedy-fantasy novel during the peak of the pandemic.

In 2020, many of us fought away the darkness with creativity. Drawing from my love of writers such as Patrick O’Brian, P.G. Wodehouse and the immortal Sir Pterry, I invented another version of the world… and year by year it grew, till it became a four-book series full of colorful language and goofy comedy that hides a serious soul.

In my mildly magical, technologically advanced alternate realm, you’ll encounter crime bosses and performance artists, spellbound objects and Phantactive substances, monsters, madmen and more. It’s a world where magpies are sapient, Umans are unpredictable and our hero— intentionally or not— plays the Fool.
